I keep things pretty clean, and every room is furnished minus your room. You will have a bathroom also, and the unit comes with a washer/dryer. This rent does not include utilities, but those aren't bad at all with only 2 people. Other costs besides rent include: DirecTV, DSL, gas/electric, and water. Split between two, this is not a lot for what you get. I've been living here since last year, and it's a really really nice place to live. The Arriba shuttle is right across the street, the apartment faces west so we get sun all day long. Its on the third floor with a balcony. The facility has a pool, 2 spas, a 24-hour gym, a covered, gate-access parking structure, and a business center/movie theater. I'm just looking for someone clean, reasonably organized, and respectful. It is a one-year lease, so from about mid-August you'll have the place. Trust me, this place is totally worth the money. If you want privacy, a nice comfortable environment, and respect, this is it.

This is a very nice and very spacious one bed/one bath with tons of closet/storage space. The complex is incredibly nice, with a great work out room, a fantastic pool and extremely nice and helpful complex staff.
The apartment includes the usual and more. Stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, AC and heater, mirrored closet doors AND a walk in closet. The complex provides wireless internet at a T1 connection, and I am fairly certain that you can plug into it if you don't have a wifi card.
